Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raindrifter Games LLC website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or you must have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

We work hard to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can happen. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered — or if an item is out of stock — we may cancel or limit the order and will refund any payment for the canceled portion.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

All sales of individual trading cards are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds on cards.

That said, we stand behind your order. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contains the wrong item, or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@raindriftergames.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right through our claims process — typically a replacement or refund for the affected item. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Stripe in accordance with its processes.

We'll provide an estimated ship or delivery timeframe, but delivery dates aren't guaranteed. Risk of loss for physical items passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, our claims process above applies.

Purchases made in person at our store or at card shows are subject to these Terms where applicable, including the all-sales-final policy on cards.

Rewards points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may expire or be adjusted. We may correct, reduce, or revoke points issued in error or earned through abuse, and we may change or end the rewards program at any time.

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy data or content except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property or other rights.

The Raindrifter Games name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Raindrifter Games LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Trading card games and their names, logos, card images, and characters — including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, and others — are the trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Raindrifter Games is an independent retailer and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of these publishers. We reference product names solely to identify the genuine items we sell.

Except as required by law or covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raindrifter Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raindrifter Games from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon. We encourage you to contact us first at support@raindriftergames.com so we can try to resolve things directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site or further purchases mean you accept the updated Terms. The effective date below shows when these Terms were last revised.
