Raindrifter Games LLC ("Raindrifter Games," "we," "us," or "our") is an Oregon limited liability company that sells trading card games and collectibles online, at card shows, and at our physical store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to sales recorded in our systems.

Information you give us directly:

• Account details — your name and email address (email is required to create an online account).
• Contact details — a phone number may be used as an alternative identifier for in-store accounts.
• Order and trade-in details — what you buy or sell, shipping and billing addresses, and related notes.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or other inquiries.

Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We store only the tokens and identifiers Stripe gives us to reference a payment or a saved payment method.

Account activity: your order history and rewards-points balance, tied to your account.

Information collected automatically: when you use our site we may collect device and browser information, your IP address, and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking below).

• Process and fulfill your orders and trade-ins.
• Create and manage your account and rewards-points balance.
• Communicate with you about orders, support requests, and — where you've opted in or where permitted — promotions.
• Detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Meet our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our store.

We share personal information only as needed to run the business:

• Service providers acting on our behalf — Stripe for payment processing, our hosting and database provider, shipping carriers, and email and communication tools.
• Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raindrifter Games, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or other transfer of the business or its assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, holding your cart, and protecting against fraud. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.

For analytics, we use Vercel Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that gives us aggregate page-view statistics without using cookies or tracking you individually across sites. You can manage any non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that identifies you.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Card payments are handled by Stripe under industry payment-security standards, and your full card details never reach our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

• Access and update — review or correct your account information in your account settings, or by contacting us.
• Delete — ask us to delete your account information, subject to records we must keep for legal and tax reasons.
• Marketing — opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Our store is intended for purchasers who are 18 or older, or who use it with a parent or guardian's involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date below, and for significant changes we'll provide a more prominent notice where appropriate.
